Refund policy

• Orders are processed within five (5) business days. Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days to have replacements sent.
• Returns are accepted on products within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be in original condition for a full refund minus shipping costs.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order processing begins and cancellations will not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for damages to items caused by you (eg. not removing protective film, not following instructions, etc.)
• Digital templates and digital designs are property of TLPS.
